Gmund Memorabilia gets its name from Gmund a remote picturesque village in Austria where Professor Ferdinand & Ferry porsche relocated to in 1943 because of saturation bombing by the allies in Stuttgart (R.A.F landscape Gardening Team!). This is where the type 356 was developed in a old saw mill the first true sports car to bear the Porsche name and sadly the last great work Professor Ferdinand did.
