We are looking for a Service Administrator to join our busy team.


Duties will include;

* Answering the phone
* Running the workshop diary, booking customers in and allocating courtesy cars
* Communicating with customers
* Preparing invoices
* Maintaining customer records
* Liaising with Sales Division to prepare cars for sale and sold cars
* Allocating work to technicians

The position is full time and is based at our workshops in Malton.
