In stock now is this amazing Ascar FGT. Representing a piece of automotive history the FGT was designed by Lee Noble who later went on to found Noble Automotive, manufacturer of the M12 / M400 etc.

This particular car is unique in being a factory prototype and factory race car which was used in the development of the Ascari Ecosse sports coupe. It features the Ecosse front end, fitted by the factory. Beyond that just one other private owner has had the car, he bought it in 2007.

Under the ownership of the factory the car was featured in numerous magazine articles when painted bright yellow. The Ascari factory repainted the car in the blue the car now wears. The car was even used by Ascari as the Essen Motorshow car.

It is believed each car cost around £200,000 to manufacture and only 17 were made, of which it is believed just 7 survive making it very very rare.

Fitted with a new Hartge tuned 4.7 BMW V8 engine mated to a ZF 5 speed ‘box the car the combination of high power and light weight offers exhilarating performance, around 200 MPH.

A Cobra alarm and Tracker are fitted for insurance purposes.

Despite having started life as a race car and prototype this car is UK registered and road legal.
