· Scarborough. Well, with the tragic outbreak of foot and mouth sweeping the country, there are always going to be some more fortunate areas. This seaside coastal town has seen a marked influx of holidaymakers and day-trippers. Scarborough is a mere 27 miles from Our Centre, well worth the visit, but at time of going to press I have been informed that accommodation was filling up.
